Leasing Out Your Property

Penticton Property Rentals is a property rental leasing service. We look after the lease out of suites, apartments, duplexes, condominiums, townhouses, and houses for landlords. Penticton Property Rentals covers the Penticton area, including rentals in Summerland, Naramata, Okanagan Falls, and Kaleden. We follow a proven system to select qualified tenants for your property.

We will:
  • Discuss property features, the desired monthly rent and the rental term Property Description Form
  • View property and take interior and exterior photos
  • Advertise your rental unit for you
  • Upload photos and description of property on websites
  • Answer all enquiries
  • Qualify prospective tenants
  • Set up appointments to show property
  • Check references from previous/current landlord and existing employer Application to Rent Form
  • Use experience to determine suitability of tenants for your property
  • Collect damage deposit and post dated cheques
  • Prepare the Lease, and attachments (i.e. Strata rules and regulations) and any Guidelines you may have
  • Perform a Property Inspection on move-in day, give you a written checklist Rental Unit Condition Report
  • Deliver signed lease, attachments and post dated cheques

OTHER SERVICES

Second and Subsequent Inspections
  • Provide follow up inspection(s) and send a written checklist; $50 per inspection.

Leasing Fee: $500 or Half months rent whichever is greater plus advertising. $250 is required up front; Remainder is due when lease is signed. We accept Visa/ MasterCard, cheque or cash.
